Hi, I'm Josh Holladay.
Motivational Speaker.
Singer.
Songwriter.
"When I was nine years old, I walked past a classroom and heard something I’d never heard before.
Voices. Singing. Music.
I was mesmerized.
It was a music class—but the door was closed. I stood there, listening. Wanting in. But for a while, that door stayed shut.
I couldn’t have known it then, but the day I finally walked through that door… everything changed.
I found music.
I found my voice.
I became a singer.
This is my story. And I share it—with an original song I wrote about that moment, as well as other songs—to inspire others to find their door… to listen for their Lifesong, their calling from behind life's doors...
…to step through boldly and live the Lifesong they were always meant to live."

Then & Now
Josh has been on stage nearly his entire life. He began performing in music class and as a soloist in fourth grade and continued to cultivate his voice and stage presence through choir, band, and theater throughout his school years. He attended music camps, honor choirs, and state competitions, eventually singing with a professional choir while still in high school.
A multi-talented musician, Josh is also a pianist, percussionist, composer, and songwriter. In high school, he performed in three musicals—including The Boyfriend,
Hansen (playing the title role), and Crazy For You as Billy Crocker. In college, he played Aeneas in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas and performed in a variety of opera scenes and showcases.
Today, Josh brings his lifelong passion for music and storytelling to the world of business and personal development. Through his unique blend of keynote speaking and original live music, he inspires executives, entrepreneurs, and teams to reconnect with purpose, resilience, and the deeper meaning behind their work.
His core message:
Thriving is worth the effort—and your purpose, your Lifesong, is waiting to be discovered and shared.
Josh lives with his wife, Sarah, in Oakley, Idaho, and is the proud father of seven children.

Josh was a pleasure to work with and could be the perfect addition. He is a good singer, songwriter.
Josh's passion for music is so evident in the way he composes, sings and performs. I know he puts his whole heart into what he creates in his music. His voice is full and rich and he takes pride in sharing his gifts to brighten and enhance others' lives.
I've accompanied for many people over the years on multiple occasions. Josh has a unique passion that comes through in his music. He feels the music and the words while he sings which allows for others to feel the words and the music in a powerful way.
Josh is very passionate about music. He loves to create and perform music that will touch the lives of others. I have had the opportunity to hear Josh sing in multiple different settings, as well as perform with him in a choir setting. No matter what the occasion, Josh puts his heart and soul into making the performance as meaningful as possible.
